10+ years of overall experience, preferably with significant experience in

premium/luxury fashion retail.

• Proven experience managing a luxury store or high-end retail store.

• Strong track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Demonstrated experience handling HNI/UHNI clientele and VIP customers.

• Strong understanding of clienteling, CRM and customer retention.

• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop retail teams.

• Solid commercial acumen with an understanding of key retail KPIs.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.

• Passion for luxury fashion and a refined understanding of customer experience.

• Impeccable grooming, professional presence and strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven luxury retail environment.
