Role & responsibilities

- Prepare architectural drawings and construction documentation across all design phases, including As-Built, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation.
- Develop accurate drawings using AutoCAD and Revit as per project and client requirements.
- Perform QA/QC checks on architectural, interior design, and construction documents.
- Follow company SOPs, CAD/BIM standards, and client-specific templates.
- Coordinate with Architects, Interior Designers, and Engineers for smooth project execution.
- Manage assigned tasks independently and ensure accurate, error-free, and timely delivery.
- Maintain and report project task hours as per prescribed processes.
- Apply knowledge of building construction systems and design documentation standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)

- 3–6 years of experience in the AEC industry, preferably in architectural/interior design documentation.
- Robust working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience in architectural/interior design and construction documentation.
- Prior experience in an outsourcing/Offshore AEC environment is preferred.
- Basic understanding of building construction systems, design standards, and documentation processes.
- Experience working on new construction and renovation projects.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, coordinate with teams, and deliver accurate and timely outputs.
