:

- Draft, review and scrutinize contracts, agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, service and license agreements, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal support on labour law matters, including employee-related issues, disciplinary proceedings, and statutory compliance.
- Provide legal advisory and strategic guidance to cross-functional teams on business, commercial, contractual, regulatory, and compliance matters, enabling informed decision-making while effectively managing legal risks.
- Coordinate and liaise with external counsels, police authorities, labour forums, courts, and other government agencies as required.
- Monitor and manage ongoing legal cases, maintain case records, and coordinate documentation with external advocates.
- Assist in ensuring organizational compliance with applicable laws and regulations.




- Support internal stakeholders by providing timely legal advice on contractual and compliance matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.); LL.M. is an added advantage.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in legal drafting, contract management, and labour law.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and legal procedures.
- Experience in coordinating with external counsels, police authorities, labour forums, and courts.
- Excellent contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines with attention to detail.
