Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Legal & Commercial Officer with hands-on exposure to commercial contracts, cross-border transactions, FEMA, international legal affairs, NCLT/IBC matters and manufacturing-sector legal requirements.

Educational Qualification

- LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
- Additional qualification/certification in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, FEMA, IBC or International Business Law will be an advantage.

Experience

- 6-15 years of relevant experience in Legal & Commercial functions.




- Candidates from manufacturing, engineering, automotive, steel, defence, heavy engineering or other industrial sectors will be preferred.
- Robust practical exposure to cross-border transactions, FEMA/RBI matters and NCLT/IBC proceedings is highly desirable.
