Job Title: Legal Associate – PMLA, FEMA & Customs Law

Practice Area: White Collar Crime Litigation and Regulatory Laws

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associates with 0–1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our team, with a focus on white-collar crime litigation, financial and economic offences, and regulatory laws.

The candidate will have the opportunity to work on matters involving the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), and Customs Law, gaining hands-on experience in litigation, legal research, drafting, and regulatory advisory.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct legal research and analysis on PMLA, FEMA, Customs Law, and related statutes.
- Assist in drafting petitions, replies, representations, legal opinions, applications, and other pleadings.
- Assist in matters involving the Enforcement Directorate (ED), adjudicating authorities, appellate tribunals, and constitutional courts.
- Analyse case records, investigation documents, show-cause notices,



and other legal documents.
- Assist in preparing case strategies, briefing notes, and written submissions.
- Support the team in court proceedings, client conferences, and regulatory advisory assignments.

Eligibility and Skills
- LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
- 0–1 year of PQE; fresh law graduates with a strong interest in the relevant practice areas are encouraged to apply.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen interest in white-collar crime litigation, financial offences, and regulatory laws.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
