Location

Job Role:

- Independently draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs and vendor agreements.
- Handle day-to-day legal operations and provide legal support to internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Corporate Laws, Labour Laws,



and Data Privacy Regulations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, HR, Operations and other wings of the company.
- Handle legal notices, disputes, recovery matters, and litigation coordination.
- Support international legal matters, particularly involving the USA and UK
- Assist in developing legal framework, processes, and policies for the company.
- Assist in handling ad hoc legal requirements, including but not limited to visa and insurance documentation.
- Liaise with external legal advisers and consultants.

Skillset

- Strong expertise in commercial contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
- Sound knowledge of Corporate Laws, Contract Laws, Labour Laws, and data privacy regulations (GDPR, DPDP).
- Ability to independently handle legal matters and provide business-oriented solutions.
- Excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, risk assessment, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a quick-paced environment.

Educational Qualifications Qualification and Experience:

- LL.B. degree (3-year or 5-year program).
- Experience: 5 years in corporate legal, commercial contracts, and compliance.
- Experience with a reputed law firm or in-house legal team, preferably in the IT industry.
- Preference: Candidates from IT consulting, IT services, technology, or SaaS companies with experience handling international contracts.
