Techdome is a product engineering company founded in 2020, with a team of 150+ across Hyderabad and Indore. We build software for clients in fintech, healthcare, insurance and manufacturing, alongside our own products: Sparrow, Catalyst AI, Saral Funding and JustInterview.ai.

The Role

We are looking for a Legal Associate to support our corporate and commercial legal work. This is a hands-on role for a fresh graduate or early-career lawyer who wants broad exposure to corporate law in a fast-growing technology company.

Location: Hyderabad or Indore · Experience: 0–3 years (fresh graduates welcome) · Type: Full-time

What You'll Do

- Draft and review commercial contracts, including NDAs, service agreements and vendor agreements.

- Support corporate compliance under the Companies Act, including board resolutions, minutes, statutory registers and ROC filings.

- Maintain a contract register and track renewals,



deadlines and compliance dates.

- Prepare and review employment documents such as offer letters, appointment letters and HR policies.

- Assist with due diligence, legal research and documentation for business transactions.

- Coordinate with external counsel and company secretaries on legal and compliance matters.

What You Bring

- LL.B. or integrated LL.B. degree (B.A./B.B.A. LL.B.) from a recognised university.

- 0–3 years of experience; internships in corporate law, a law firm or an in-house legal team are a strong plus.

- Sound understanding of the Companies Act 2013 and the Indian Contract Act 1872.

- Transparent drafting and communication skills in English.

- Attention to detail, good organisation and an eagerness to learn.
