Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized L&D; Training Coordinator to manage and coordinate corporate training programs. The role involves coordinating with trainers, clients, participants, and internal teams to ensure smooth training delivery, maintain accurate records, and support end-to-end training operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage training schedules, calendars, and logistics for online and offline sessions.

- Source and coordinate with internal and external trainers based on client training requirements.

- Communicate with clients to understand training needs, participant details, timelines, and expectations.

- Manage trainer availability, confirmations, training invitations, attendance, and follow-ups.

- Coordinate training materials, meeting links, classroom arrangements, and other session requirements.

- Maintain trainer databases, participant records, attendance sheets, and training documentation.

- Prepare training reports, collect participant feedback, and track training completion.

Required Skills





- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong coordination, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple training programs and stakeholders.

- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience

- 14 years of experience in L&D; coordination, corporate training, HR operations, or training administration.

- Experience coordinating with trainers, corporate clients, and vendors is preferred.

- Familiarity with virtual training platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an added advantage.
