Key Responsibilities

- A Learning and Development (L&D;) Manager in the hospitality industry designs, delivers, and oversees training programs that align staff skills with brand standards and guest satisfaction goals
- Conduct regular assessments across departments like front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and culinary to spot skill gaps
- Design and run orientation programs so current hires understand hotel culture, brand values, and guest service expectations
- Create and deliver interactive workshops, on-the-job training modules, role-playing

simulations, and e-learning courses.
- Partner with department heads to build succession plans, identify high-potential employees, and map out individual growth paths.
- Track employee training records, maintain digital learning platforms, and generate compliance reports for executive review
- Support employee satisfaction initiatives, recognition programs, and continuous learning campaigns aligned with company values.

Qualification: Any graduation

Experience : 7-10 Years( Preferrable Hospitality/Wellness/Hotel industry Background)
