Job Summary:

We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to identify employee training needs, organize training programs, and support employee learning and development across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify employee training needs in coordination with department heads.
- Plan and organize training sessions for employees.
- Coordinate with internal management and external training agencies.
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for new employees.
- Track training effectiveness and prepare training reports.
- Support employee skill development and performance improvement initiatives.




- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of training programs.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Robust coordination and planning abilities.
- Basic knowledge of training methods and employee development.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to organize training sessions and maintain records.

Qualification & Experience;

- Graduate or postgraduate in HR, Management, or a related field.
- 2.5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR.
- Experience in the logistics industry will be preferred.
