Role Description The Lead Technical and Content Writer is a full-time, on-site role based in Recent Delhi. This role is responsible for planning, writing, and maintaining high-quality technical and marketing content, including product documentation, white papers, solution briefs, blog posts, and website copy.

The writer will collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to translate complex cloud and AI concepts into clear, accessible narratives for technical and business audiences. Daily tasks include researching platform capabilities, creating and updating content for releases, establishing content standards and guidelines,



and ensuring consistency of messaging across channels. The role also involves mentoring other writers, reviewing content for technical accuracy and clarity, and contributing to the overall content strategy for XLOUD.

Qualifications

- Strong Web Content Writing and general Writing skills for technical and business audiences.
- Proficiency in Content Strategy, including planning, structuring, and maintaining content libraries.
- Ability to conduct in-depth Research on cloud, AI, and enterprise infrastructure topics.
- Excellent Proofreading and editing capabilities, with attention to technical accuracy and style consistency.
- Demonstrated experience as a technical writer in cloud, infrastructure, or software products.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, virtualization concepts, networking, and automation tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with engineering and product teams.
- Experience leading or mentoring content or documentation teams is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working on-site in New Delhi and engaging in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
