We are looking for an experienced SAP Recruitment Lead to manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for our RPO business. The role involves leading a team of recruiters, managing client requirements, and driving hiring targets across SAP skill areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead SAP recruitment delivery and manage niche hiring requirements.
- Drive team productivity, interview pipelines, and monthly hiring targets.
- Coordinate with hiring managers on requirements, feedback, and closures.
- Track recruitment metrics, prepare MIS reports, and ensure delivery timelines.
- Build strong SAP talent pipelines and improve sourcing effectiveness.
- Manage team performance, client relationships, and recruitment quality.

Requirements:

- 58 years of recruitment experience with strong SAP hiring expertise.
- Prior team-handling experience, preferably in an RPO setup.
- Valuable understanding of SAP skill sets, sourcing strategies, and recruitment metrics.
- Strong communication, client management, and leadership skills.
