- Lead the design implementation and support of core platform engineering services
- Develop and maintain scalable reliable and secure cloud based platforms
- Drive platform modernization initiatives and engineering best practices
- Design and manage CI CD pipelines for application delivery and infrastructure deployment
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code IaC solutions using Terraform Ansible or CloudFormation
- Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual operational effort and improve platform reliability
- Manage containerized environments using Docker Kubernetes and OpenShift
- Establish platform observability through monitoring logging and alerting solutions
- Support developer self service capabilities and Internal Developer Platforms IDP
- Define platform architecture standards governance and security controls
- Collaborate with Software Engineering DevOps SRE Security and Cloud teams
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure platform and deployment issues
- Ensure high availability disaster recovery backup and resilience requirements are met
- Lead technical reviews root cause analysis RCA and platform improvement initiatives
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across platform teams
- Manage platform upgrades patching and lifecycle management activities
- Support performance optimization capacity planning and cost management initiatives
