Mandatory Skills - React.js,React Native,Web Application Developer,Mobile Application Testing

- At least 3 Years of experience driving a team of 10+ engineers for potential end to end application development & enhancement.
- Experience of handling triple constraints of project and Operations such as Resource handling.
- Lead SCRUM team with SCRUM process and Possess CSM/CSPO Agile SCRUM certifications
- Demonstrated proactive Planning, Execution and Value generations Skills.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Strong experience with popular application development frameworks such as React, React Native, Angular, Ember.JS with excellent JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS development skills
- Strong experience with React and related technologies, such as Redux, React Native, or GraphQL
- Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Solid understanding of MVC and stateless APIs & building RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, Presentation, and collaboration skills

Education Qualification Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

User Experience designing and Backend Integrations
- Lead the development of complex applications from start to finish, utilizing JavaScript based App Stacks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- Communicate project status, risks, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
- Mentor and guide junior developers & leads in best practices for software development.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Development of new user-facing features using web technologies, re-usable components, and front-end libraries.
- Rapid development ability to build and demonstrate quick web driven solutions.
- Work closely within a small team of experienced engineers to produce high-quality software products on a daring schedule.
- Demonstrate professional engineering practices including alignment to coding standards, producing design documentation, and supporting integration.
- Translating design and wireframes into high quality code, with an eye for performance on specific target devices.
- Write unit test and perform functional verification for the responsible modules
