Job Responsibilties

- Lead end-to-end procurement of MEP materials for commercial interior fit-out projects.

- Develop and maintain vendor networks for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other MEP materials.

- Review BOQs, material requisitions (MRs), technical specifications, and project requirements.

- Obtain and evaluate quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure cost-effective procurement.

- Coordinate with project, MEP, QS, and site execution teams to ensure timely material availability.

- Manage vendor selection, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and material follow-ups.

- Ensure materials meet approved technical specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

- Monitor procurement budgets, maintain cost records, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Resolve vendor and material delivery issues to avoid project delays.

- Lead and guide the procurement team while maintaining proper documentation and MIS reports.
