Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Network & Security Domain Leader to own and lead the end-to-end Network and Security operations for a large global BPO enterprise supporting approximately 80,000 users across 29 locations spanning multiple countries.

:

This role will be responsible for the strategy, governance, operational excellence, availability, security posture, and transformation of a complex global network environment comprising approximately:

2,000+ Network Devices (Routers, Firewalls, Core & Access Switches)

3,000+ Wireless Access Points

Multi-country WAN, Internet, SD-WAN and LAN Infrastructure

What You Do:

- Enterprise Security Infrastructure including Next-Generation Firewalls, NAC and Secure Access Technologies
- The Domain Leader will serve as the highest escalation point for all Network and Security-related operations while driving automation, resilience, compliance, cost optimization, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
- The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong people leadership, customer engagement, service governance, and transformation experience.

Key Responsibilities:





- Own Network & Security service delivery and governance.
- Manage Palo Alto, Arista, Wireless, WAN/LAN, VPN, and SD-WAN environments.
- Drive SLA, KPI, uptime, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Lead Incident, Problem, Change, and Major Incident Management.
- Ensure security compliance, audit readiness, and risk mitigation.
- Manage disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Drive automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

15+ Years of experience into Network Domain.

- PCNSE / Palo Alto Certifications
- Arista Certifications
- ITIL Certification
- Network Automation (Python, Ansible)
- Cloud Networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Zero Trust & SASE Architecture
- AIOps / Network Observability Tools
- Large-scale Global Network Operations Experience
- Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Expertise
