Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the procurement process for materials required in luxury hotel and resort construction projects.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best terms and quality.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to understand material requirements and specifications.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted supply of critical materials.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documentation.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards,



and legal requirements.
- Resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing with suppliers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and develop current vendor partnerships.

Minimum Qualification and Skills
- B.Com, MBA or equivalent qualification.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in the hotel & resorts construction industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sound knowledge of market trends, material specifications, and vendor management.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
