Roles & Responsibilities:

- Connect with existing and recent customers and generate leads for Petpooja Invoice.

- Explain newly released features of Petpooja Invoice to existing clients.

- Explain the Petpooja Invoice product, convert prospects into positive leads, and guide them through the process.

- Achieve assigned targets.

- Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups

Additional Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, lead generation, or customer success.

- Familiarity with SaaS products, billing solutions, or B2B/B2C sales will be an added advantage.

- Strong communication and persuasive skills.

- Ability to explain product features clearly and convert leads.

- Good customer relationship management and follow-up skills.

- Target-driven with strong goal orientation.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and data tracking.
