About the role

We are looking for a Lead Generation / Business Development Executive to drive new business in Tamil Nadu.

What you'll do

- Generate and qualify leads
- Reach out to prospects via email, phone and LinkedIn
- Build and manage a sales pipeline
- Set up meetings for the sales team
- Achieve lead generation targets
- Maintain CRM records

What we're looking for

Essential

- 1–3 years of lead generation or business development experience
- Solid communication skills in English and Tamil
- Experience with CRM and outreach tools
- Based in Tamil Nadu, India
- Target-driven and self-motivated

Nice to have
- Experience in IT or software sales
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
