Role Description The Lead Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dwarka, responsible for driving the creative direction and execution of branding and campaign projects. This role involves translating client briefs into explicit visual concepts, leading design across brand identity, social media creatives, motion, and packaging, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Designer will collaborate closely with account managers, writers, and motion designers, provide feedback to team members, and maintain high-quality standards in all deliverables. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing design workflows, presenting work to clients, iterating based on feedback,



and staying current with design trends and industry best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in visual design and brand identity, including typography, color, layout, and logo systems.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar) and familiarity with motion or animation workflows.
- Experience of handling design team and communicating & pitching ideas to the client and later on shaping that idea to execution.
- Experience leading design projects from concept to delivery, with a portfolio showcasing campaigns, social creatives, and packaging work.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate design rationale clearly, and present work to clients confidently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant academic background in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in a creative agency or branding studio environment is preferred.
- Commitment to inclusive, audience-sensitive design and openness to feedback and continuous learning.
