Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Consultant – AMS (Analytics, Automation & Master Data Management) with 8+ years of experience in IT Operations, Data Engineering, Service Management, Analytics, or Automation.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Master Data Services (MDS), ServiceNow ITSM Analytics, SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Informatica PowerCenter.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the enterprise Microsoft Master Data Services (MDS) platform, including entities, attributes, hierarchies, data quality, and governance.
- Design, develop, and maintain MDS solutions, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Lead ServiceNow Incident and Request Management reporting and analytics.
- Develop operational dashboards and analyze SLA performance, ticket trends, ageing, productivity, and service KPIs.
- Conduct root cause analysis and identify opportunities for continuous service improvement.
- Lead AMS operational reviews, governance activities, and service performance discussions.
- Optimize data pipelines, integrations, and workflows across SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Informatica PowerCenter.
- Identify and implement automation initiatives to improve productivity, reduce manual effort, and deliver measurable ROI.
- Support CI/CD processes, version control,



and release governance using Azure DevOps and Git.
- Develop executive dashboards, presentations, KPI reports, and operational performance summaries.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to drive operational excellence.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams.

Mandatory Skills

- 8+ years of relevant experience in IT Operations, Data Engineering, Service Management, Analytics, or Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server and advanced T-SQL.
- Expertise in Microsoft Master Data Services (MDS), including platform administration, entities, hierarchies, and data governance.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow ITSM reporting and analytics, particularly Incident and Request Management.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, and Informatica PowerCenter.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps and Git.
- Strong experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
- Experience in operational reporting, KPI tracking, SLA analysis, and process optimization.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and executive communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
