Ready to lead a high-performing applications team and drive enterprise-wide digital transformation? Forvis Mazars is looking for an experienced Applications Engineering Lead to lead the design, delivery, governance, and support of business-critical applications across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

Location: Gurugram (Hybrid)

Regular collaboration with UK technology teams

What You'll Do

Lead and mentor a team of Applications Developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence

Drive the delivery of secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions using:

Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)

Power Automate

Power BI

Dataverse

Microsoft 365 Services

Define and enforce development standards, governance frameworks, release management practices, and application lifecycle controls

Partner with Product Owners, Architects, Security, Service, and Business stakeholders to translate business needs into impactful technology solutions

Oversee application governance, platform administration, environment management, and production support

Lead technical design reviews, resolve delivery challenges, and ensure solutions align with architectural and security standards

What We're Looking For

Experience leading application development or Power Platform teams

Strong expertise in





Power Apps

Power Automate

Dataverse

Power BI

Microsoft 365

Knowledge of ALM, CI/CD, Power Platform Governance, DLP Policies, REST APIs, Integrations, and Workplace Management

Proven ability to coach developers, manage priorities, and deliver reliable business outcomes

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
