We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Application Developer - Salesforce to provide technical leadership for Salesforce solutions supporting Sodexo Supply Management. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, leading, integrating, and optimizing Salesforce applications that enable supplier collaboration, case management, workflow automation, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Work Location: Mumbai / Gurgaon

Shift Timings: 2.30 pm to 11.30 pm

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

· Lead Salesforce design, development, and implementation initiatives across Supply Management platforms.

· Define technical architecture and development standards for Salesforce solutions.

· Review code and ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and performance requirements.

· Mentor and guide developers, administrators, and technical analysts.

Salesforce Development

· Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using:

o Apex o Lightning Web Components (LWC)

o Lightning Experience o Flows and Process Automation o Visualforce (where applicable)

o SOQL/SOSL

· Configure and extend Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.

· Develop reusable components and scalable frameworks.

Integration & Data Management

· Design and support integration between Salesforce and enterprise applications.

· Develop and maintain REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integrations.

· Support data migration, synchronization, and governance activities.

· Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across integrated systems.

Business Partnership





· Collaborate with Supply Management stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

· Participate in solution planning, estimation, and roadmap discussions.

· Drive continuous improvement through automation and process optimization.

Delivery & Support

· Lead Agile development activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management.

· Manage deployments using DevOps and CI/CD practices.

· Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical support.

· Ensure system reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

- Delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions on time and within budget.

Required Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.




- 3+ years leading Salesforce development teams or large-scale Salesforce projects.
- Experience implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions with multiple integrations.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Technical Skills

· Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required. · Robust expertise in:

o Apex o Lightning Web Components (LWC)

o Salesforce Flow o Service Cloud o Sales Cloud o Experience Cloud o API integrations o Data Loader and data migration tools

- Experience with DevOps, source control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and governance.
- Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Developer II certification. Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.

Experience supporting procurement, supply chain, supplier management, or contract management processes.

Experience with reporting, analytics, and enterprise data platforms.

Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, or similar DevOps tools.
