- Architect with at least 7 to 10 years experience in designing secondary and tertiary care hospitalsin India and preferably abroad . Must have led the design team of at least2 multispecialty hospitals of at least 200 beds in the last 5 yrs
- Experience :- 7 to 10 years of working experience on Interior of hospital Projects

Experience :- 7 to 10 years of working experience on Interior of hospital Projects. Software Skills:- AutoCAD, 3dsMax, Sketchup, Archicad, Corona Render etc.

Competencies:-

- Architect with at least 7 to 10 years experience in designing secondary and tertiary care hospitalsin India and preferably abroad

- Have sufficient core competency to create concept, schematics,



and detailed architectural plan keeping the national and international healthcare and other relevant design codes
- Appropriate exposure to large size projects , technical skill , creativity and capabilities to lead Architecture, develop BoQ, Specs and incorporate the essential elements of structure , MEPp and oither services,
- Aesthetics Interior concepts and drawings.
- Have Excellent software skills.
- Should know MS office suite and presentation skill
- Ability to manage workloads in timely manner
- Have experience of working with team of MEP Structural Consultants etc.
