We are seeking a Senior L&D; Manager for the NITRA group, specializing in Industrial Hazardous Waste Management and Sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have approximately 12 years of experience in training, particularly within the manufacturing or sustainability sectors. The candidate should possess excellent training certifications and be capable of independently driving the entire training agenda.

- Lead and manage training initiatives.
- Develop training programs tailored to the needs of the organization.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as necessary.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.

This position is based in Surat, Gujarat and is open for immediate hiring. Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
