: Lead - Accounts & Commercial (Dy. Manager / Manager) - AhmedabadRoles & Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the accounts and commercial department for hotels & resorts.

- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.

- Lead budgeting, financial planning, and cost control initiatives to optimize profitability.

- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and compliance with audit requirements.

- Monitor and manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow to maintain financial health.

- Develop and implement effective MIS systems for timely and accurate reporting to management.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and strategic initiatives.

- Mentor and guide junior team members,



fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skilled growth.

- Identify and mitigate financial risks, and recommend process improvements for enhanced efficiency.

Minimum Qualification and Skills

- B.Com and MBA (Finance/Accounting) from a recognized institution.

- 7 to 9 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, auditing, and financial reporting, preferably in the hotel & resorts industry.

- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, financial analysis, and MIS.

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
