Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced LLM Model Developer with strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI and Agentic AI. The candidate will be responsible for fine-tuning language models, improving model performance, and developing AI solutions for specific business requirements.

The role involves instruction fine-tuning, domain adaptation, model evaluation, prompt engineering and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and effective AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) using instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation techniques.
- Improve model relevance, accuracy and performance for specific business use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance AI models.
- Analyze model outputs and improve training processes.
- Evaluate model performance and recommend improvements.
- Lead and support the team in model development activities.




- Contribute to technical decisions and provide solutions to complex problems.
- Mentor junior team members and help improve their technical skills.
- Design and deliver AI-driven solutions using Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Apply AI capabilities to automate business processes and improve enterprise workflows.
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, responsible and aligned with business objectives.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Good understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Experience with instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Knowledge of model evaluation metrics and performance tuning.
- Programming experience in Python.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience working with large datasets and data preprocessing techniques.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Ability to align AI solutions with business requirements.

Educational Qualification 15 years of full time education is required.
