Key Responsibilities

- Prepare landscape concepts, master plans, site layouts, planting plans, and detailed landscape drawings.

- Design hardscape elements, pathways, lawns, courtyards, seating areas, and outdoor recreational spaces.

- Select suitable plant species, materials, and landscaping solutions based on site conditions and project requirements.

- Prepare technical drawings, design presentations, material specifications, BOQs, and quantity estimates.

- Coordinate with architecture, civil, structural, and MEP teams for integrated design development.

- Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, and sustainable landscaping practices.

- Review site conditions, resolve design-related issues, and provide technical support during project execution.

- Ensure timely submission of drawings and deliverables while maintaining design quality.

Qualifications & Experience





- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or an equivalent relevant qualification.

- Relevant experience in landscape design, planning, and detailing, preferably in an architectural or consultancy firm.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, or other relevant design software.

- Knowledge of planting design, hardscape detailing, irrigation, grading, and landscape BOQ preparation.

- Design and visualization skills.

- Solid coordination and communication abilities.

- Attention to detail, teamwork, and time management.

- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
