Contract Duration : 1 year contract (extendable) on 3rd party payroll.
:
- Cable installation, routing, and termination in industrial panels
- Familiarity with slat wall / perforated panel mounting systems
- Panel wiring and worktable wiring setup
- Basic networking - make/terminate Ethernet cables, verify IP connectivity
- Installation of small devices - VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, MCBs, contactors
- Basic PLC I/O wiring and verification
- Drilling and mounting on panel frames, slat walls, and DIN rails
- Basic soldering skills - cable, PCB components
- Cable tray and conduit installation (support false ceiling routing)
- Crimping, lugging, wiring termination, and cable labelling
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and panel layouts
- Basic troubleshooting of electrical and control equipment
- Wiring and power-up of variable frequency drives (VFDs)
- Operate a computer - connect to drives, navigate software, update firmware (Training will be given on tools for these steps).
