Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct lab tests, including biochemistry, hematology, immunohistochemistry, and microbiology.

- Perform quality control procedures to ensure accuracy of test results.

- Maintain accurate records of patient data and test results.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to diagnose medical conditions.

- Participate in continuous career development to stay updated on new technologies and techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-7 years of experience as a Lab Technician or related field.

- B.Sc / Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) degree from an accredited institution.

- Strong knowledge of clinical pathology, diagnostics, ELISA, haematology, immunology, coagulation, NABL guidelines.
