Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Land Surveyor role based in Nanded.

The Land

Surveyor will conduct field surveys, collect geospatial data, and perform measurements for land, building, and topographic projects.

Responsibilities include operating Total Station and related surveying instruments, setting out construction sites, preparing field sketches and survey records,



and assisting in boundary demarcation and property-related measurements. The role also involves collaborating with engineers and project managers, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with local regulations, and supporting the preparation of survey reports and drawings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Land Surveying and Surveying for a variety of land and infrastructure projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Topographic Surveys for terrain mapping and elevation data collection.
- Candidates should possess practical experience with Total Station and related surveying instruments.
- Candidates should possess skills in Building Surveying for layout, construction staking, and verification of built structures.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.
- Ability to read and interpret survey drawings, maps, and legal property documents.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in the field under varying environmental conditions and travel to project sites as needed.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with CAD or GIS software is an advantage.
- Prior experience in land or construction surveying in India is preferred.
