Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced L3 Technical SME (Network / Server / Storage) to provide advanced technical leadership and escalation support across AI infrastructure environments. The role focuses on resolving critical incidents, leading complex root cause investigations, driving automation initiatives, improving platform reliability, and ensuring optimal performance of AI and HPC infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the highest level of technical escalation for network, server, storage, and platform-related issues.
- Lead complex Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and post-incident reviews.
- Drive permanent corrective actions and architectural improvements.
- Conduct performance, capacity, and reliability analysis across AI infrastructure environments.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks using scripting and infrastructure automation tools.
- Manage lifecycle activities, including upgrades, patches, firmware updates, and platform optimization.
- Work closely with OEM vendors and technology partners to resolve critical issues.
- Define and monitor SLOs, SLIs, and platform reliability metrics.
- Support Kubernetes and Slurm-based AI/HPC workloads.
- Develop operational standards, runbooks, and best practices.
- Participate in design reviews and identify architectural risks and optimization opportunities.

Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in AI Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, Storage Engineering, or Linux Administration.
- Strong expertise in:

- Strong troubleshooting skills across compute, storage, networking, and platform layers.
- Experience with AI, GPU, HPC, or large-scale enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting NVIDIA GPU infrastructure and AI environments.
- Exposure to cloud-native platforms and hybrid cloud architectures.
- Knowledge of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps methodologies.
- Mandarin language proficiency for senior technical discussions, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
