L3 CloudOps Platform Support Lead EXP: 10 to 14 Years

Location : PAN INDIA The L3 CloudOps Platform Support Lead will provide advanced operational and technical leadership for Abbott's cloud-hosted IaaS, PaaS, and cloud-native container platforms across Microsoft Azure and AWS. The role is accountable for complex incident resolution, service continuity, platform health, infrastructure automation, networking, backup and restoration, cost control, high availability, disaster recovery, and continuous operational improvement within Abbott's approved cloud landing zones and processes.

- Advanced administration and L3 support experience across Microsoft Azure and AWS IaaS, PaaS, and CaaS services.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes operations, container lifecycle management, cluster health, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Expertise in cloud networking, including DNS, VNET/VPC, subnets, routing, load balancers, monitoring probes, and cloud-native firewalls.
- Strong Infrastructure as Code and DevOps capability using Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Git-based version control, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with Azure Site Recovery, cloud-native backup, restoration, high availability,



and multi-region disaster recovery operations.
- Hands-on monitoring and observability experience, preferably with New Relic dashboards, APM, alerting, and synthetic monitoring.
- Working knowledge of cloud cost management, resource tagging, inventory governance, rightsizing, and optimisation practices.
- Ability to analyse complex production issues across infrastructure, platform, network, security, automation, and application dependency layers
- Experience operating in a regulated, large-scale, 24x7 managed services or CloudOps environment
