Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough KYC (Know Your Customer) due diligence on new customers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Review customer documentation, such as ID cards, passports, and utility bills, to verify identity.
- Identify potential risks associated with each customer transaction and escalate concerns to senior management if necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all KYC activities and updates in the company's database.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Robust understanding of CDD (Customer Due Diligence) regulations and guidelines.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets to identify potential risks and discrepancies.
