Parul University is looking for a dedicated and technically skilled L1 / L2 IT & System Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. - GOA

Key Responsibilities

- Desktop & laptop troubleshooting
- Windows OS installation & configuration
- Hardware & software troubleshooting
- LAN, Wi-Fi & basic network troubleshooting
- Printer & peripheral support
- Basic Active Directory & user account support
- Password, login & domain-related assistance
- IT asset management & inventory updates
- User ticket handling and issue resolution
- Escalation of complex issues to L3 team
- In office IT support to university departments and users

Candidate Profile

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
- Good knowledge of Windows, hardware and networking
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS & DHCP
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Customer/user-focused approach
- Freshers with good technical knowledge may also apply
