Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Knowledge & Planning Lead to oversee planning-related content development, validation, research, and multimedia production. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in urban and transport planning, with the ability to review technical documents, maps, diagrams, scripts, and high-quality video and multimedia films to ensure technical accuracy, clarity, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and validate planning-related content covering urban development, transport systems, infrastructure, and urban design.
- Review technical reports, research documents, planning materials, maps, diagrams, and visual representations for accuracy and consistency.
- Oversee the development of scripts, storyboards, presentations, and content for high-quality videos and multimedia films.
- Ensure technical information is translated into clear, engaging, and visually effective communication materials.
- Coordinate with planners, architects, designers, researchers, video production teams, and other stakeholders.
- Provide subject-matter expertise and guidance on planning concepts, methodologies, and project-related content.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and relevance of all knowledge products and multimedia deliverables.
- Support knowledge management, documentation, research,



and dissemination of planning-related information.
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure compliance with established quality standards and timelines.

Required Skills and Competencies

- Strong knowledge of urban planning, transport planning, urban design, and infrastructure development.
- Proven experience in validating technical planning content and reviewing maps, diagrams, reports, and scripts.
- Experience in video production, multimedia filmmaking, or audiovisual communication for technical or planning-related projects.
- Excellent analytical, research, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong coordination, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to simplify complex technical information into accessible and engaging content.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.

Experience Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in urban planning, transport planning, infrastructure planning, urban design, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience in planning-content validation, technical review, and knowledge-product development.
- Experience overseeing multimedia content, video films, or communication materials related to urban development, infrastructure, or transport projects will be preferred.

Preferred Profile Candidates with experience in urban development projects, transport and mobility initiatives, infrastructure planning, technical documentation, and multimedia knowledge dissemination will be preferred.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
