Customer Consultation and Requirement Analysis

- Understand customers’ requirements, preferences, budgets, and space utilization needs.

- Visit customer sites to take accurate measurements, wherever required.

- Suggest suitable kitchen layouts, materials, finishes, accessories, and colour combinations.

- Provide professional design recommendations based on functionality, aesthetics, and budget.

Kitchen Designing and Visualization

- Prepare customized modular kitchen designs based on customer requirements.

- Develop 2D layouts, floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations.

- Design kitchen cabinets, countertops, storage units, drawers, and other accessories.

- Ensure proper space planning, workflow, ergonomics, and appliance placement.

- Revise designs based on customer feedback and obtain design approval.

Technical Drawings and Documentation

- Prepare detailed technical drawings and measurements for production and installation.

- Specify materials, finishes, hardware, accessories, and other design requirements.

- Prepare material lists, quantity estimates, and design-related documentation.

- Ensure the accuracy of measurements and technical specifications before final approval.

Sales Support and Quotation Preparation

- Coordinate with the sales team to convert customer enquiries into confirmed orders.

- Prepare design-based quotations and cost estimates in coordination with the concerned team.

- Explain design concepts, materials, finishes,



and product specifications to customers.

- Follow up with customers regarding proposals, design revisions, and order confirmation.

- Identify opportunities for upselling premium materials, accessories, and additional storage solutions.

Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain professional relationships with customers throughout the design and execution process.

- Address customer queries and coordinate the resolution of design-related complaints.

- Maintain records of customer enquiries, quotations, drawings, and project updates.

- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and design support.

Required Skills and Competencies

- Proficiency in kitchen design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent tools.

- Knowledge of modular kitchen layouts, cabinetry, hardware, materials, and finishes.

- Ability to prepare 2D drawings and 3D design presentations.

- Good understanding of measurements, space planning, and technical specifications.

- Robust communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills.

- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

- Ability to coordinate with sales, production, and installation teams.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
