Roles and Responsibilities :

•Manage and grow key E-Commerce and Quick Commerce accounts such as Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other relevant platforms.

•Own the outright business for assigned accounts, including sales targets, revenue growth and profitability.

•Develop and execute account-wise business plans to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

•Drive GMV/NSV, margins, assortment and contribution across assigned accounts.

•Manage annual/quarterly commercial negotiations, trade terms, visibility spends and promotional plans with key accounts.

•Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, pricing and visibility initiatives in line with brand and business objectives.

•Work closely with category and platform teams to improve product listings, assortment, availability, discoverability and conversion.

•Drive recent product launches and assortment expansion across E-Commerce and Quick Commerce.

•Own demand planning and coordinate with supply chain to ensure stock availability, replenishment and optimum inventory levels.





•Track account-wise sales performance, run-rate, inventory, promotions and key business metrics.

•Identify growth opportunities through category trends, consumer insights, competitor activity and platform data.

•Prepare regular MIS, business reviews and performance dashboards for management.

•Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Sales teams to ensure smooth execution of account plans.

•Build strong relationships with platform/category managers and act as the primary business SPOC for assigned accounts.
