Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Quick Commerce Growth Specialist to lead and scale our presence across platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, First Club etc. The ideal candidate will own platform growth, visibility, assortment planning, inventory coordination, promotional campaigns, and performance analysis to drive sales and market share.

If you’ve done the 0 —-> 1 on Qcomm for this category (Fresh Grocery), worked closely with quick commerce platforms (Onboarding, Pushing sales, Achieving targets) for brands and love building business on QComm from the ground up, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Key Person responsible for Sales and growth on QComm
- Launch and drive sales of products across quick commerce.




- Handle Quick Commerce onboarding & growth on platforms like First Club, Amazon Now, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, etc.
- Drive sales right from POs to execution to delivery/coordination & follow-ups with Q-Comm platforms.
- Monitor Metrics such as Fill Rates, TAT, ROAS, OOS, Logistics, Inventory and Store, Cost and Efficiency, etc.
- Coordinate with internal teams(production and logistics) for smooth order-to-delivery execution and Marketing for promotional activities on QComm
- Track leads, orders, and sales using required tools and resources.
- Represent the brand professionally during meetings and events.
- Share market insights, feedback, and growth opportunities with management

Must-Have Attributes

- Min. 2 years of experience in preferably FMCG Brand (Food preferred) on Q-Comm platform.
- Hands-on Quick Commerce experience (onboarding + driving sales)
- Excellent Communication Skills - Fluent in English (written and spoken); Hindi and/or Marathi proficiency is a strong plus.
- Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets Proficiency
- Time Management & Organisation - Ability to manage multiple accounts, follow-ups, and schedules efficiently.
- Professional Appearance & Conduct - You are the face of our brand – warm, trustworthy, and well-groomed.
- Must be goal/target-oriented to achieve company-wide goals and objectives.
- Willingness to travel and meet people

- Basic understanding of nutrition, clean-label, or health food trends
- Versatile availability on weekends
- Analytical skills and Good with numbers
