About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Videographer & Video Editor who loves storytelling through videos. You will be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing engaging video content for our social media platforms, digital campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling initiatives.

We're looking for someone who understands social media trends, has a good eye for visuals, and can turn straightforward ideas into engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

- Video Shooting: Shoot high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, podcasts and product shoots.
- Video Editing: Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos with smooth transitions, sound effects, music, subtitles, and motion graphics.
- Content Production: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to execute video concepts, scripts, and storyboards.
- Social Media Content: Create trend-driven, engaging videos optimized for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Lighting & Composition: Set up basic lighting, frame shots, and maintain visual consistency across videos.
- Post-Production: Handle colour correction, audio enhancement, basic animation, and video exports in different formats.
- Asset Management:



Organize footage, maintain project files, and manage video assets efficiently.

Skills & Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in videography and video editing. Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus.
- Good understanding of camera operation, framing, composition, and lighting.
- Ability to shoot using DSLR/mirrorless cameras.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends.
- Good sense of pacing, storytelling, music selection, and sound design.
- Basic knowledge of colour grading and audio editing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A creative mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to experiment with new ideas.
