Job Summary

We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Junior Telecaller to contact prospective and existing customers, explain our products or services, and support the team in meeting its outreach goals.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products, services, offers, or relevant information clearly.
- Understand customer needs and respond to basic questions.
- Record call details, customer feedback, and follow-up actions accurately.
- Follow up with interested customers and share qualified leads with the relevant team.
- Maintain a polite, qualified manner on every call.




- Meet agreed calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related role.
- Good spoken communication skills in Kannada and English.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain call records.
- Patient, confident, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work toward team targets.

Pay: ₹8,600.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
