Minimalistic Garments Exports Private Limited is a Mumbai-based garment development and manufacturing company. We work with fashion brands from pattern development and sampling through to bulk production, with a strong focus on quality, construction and intricate detailing.

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Sourcing & Production Coordinator to support our sourcing activities and factory operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is street-smart, organised, curious and comfortable working with suppliers, markets and production teams. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key responsibilities

- Visit fabric, trim, hardware and packaging suppliers.
- Source and collect approved materials for ongoing orders.
- Coordinate with screen printers, embroiderers, dyeing units and other job-work vendors.
- Collect samples and quotations, compare options and seek approval before purchases.
- Follow up on outsourced work, collections and deliveries.
- Coordinate material handovers with the cutting and production teams.
- Track pending requirements and report delays or discrepancies.
- Maintain purchase bills, supplier details and clear order-wise updates.




- Support the founders and production team in keeping orders moving smoothly.

Who we are looking for
- Freshers or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience.
- Garment, textile, fashion or production-related education or internship exposure is preferred.
- Practical understanding of fabrics, trims and garment production is an advantage.
- Street-smart, resourceful and comfortable speaking with suppliers.
- Willing to travel to markets and vendors as required.
- Honest, organised and willing to learn.
- Able to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion.

Compensation and location Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on suitability and capability.

Work-related travel will be reimbursed separately within an agreed budget.

Location: Ghatkopar East, Mumbai.

This is a full-time, permanent, in-person role. Candidates who are eager to learn how garments move from material sourcing to finished production are encouraged to apply.
