: Junior Sales Manager – HORECA

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Junior Sales Manager – HORECA to develop and manage sales in the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating current business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and catering businesses.
- Generate new leads and develop strong client relationships.
- Promote and sell commercial kitchen equipment and refrigeration products.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on sales enquiries.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.





Requirements:

- 2–3 years of experience in HORECA sales or a related industry.
- Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and refrigeration products is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads, manage clients, and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability. Job Type: Full-time
