Zoodle Kid is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Junior Sales & Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for parents, explaining our screen-free, parent-led early childhood development programs for children aged 0–6 years.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective parents via inbound and outbound channels to introduce Zoodle Kid and understand their child's age and needs.
- Deliver clear program explanations, address parent queries with empathy, and guide them in choosing the right age-appropriate options.
- Maintain professional follow-up discipline until closure or final subscription status.




- Drive conversions and manage customer support interactions ethically and professionally.
