We are seeking skilled Junior Quantity Surveyors to support quantity reconciliation and final billing of large-scale civil construction works.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate BBS, reinforcement calculations, and civil quantity take-offs from drawings.
- Verify executed quantities against BOQ, drawings, and site measurements.
- Reconcile quantities with previous RA bills, identifying discrepancies and unbilled work.
- Assist the Senior Billing Engineer with final measurement sheets, quantity statements, and billing documentation.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Strong practical expertise in BBS, quantity surveying, and structural drawing interpretation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
- Preference for candidates with experience in industrial construction projects, particularly thermal power plants, and the ability to work in demanding industrial site environments.
- Immediate joiners only.
- Must be willing to commute or relocate to the Ennore project site.
