- Support the execution of qualitative and quantitative market research projects under the guidance of senior team members.
- Assist in setting up surveys, coordinating with field teams, and tracking project progress to ensure timelines and quality benchmarks are met.
- Help define sample requirements and monitor respondent quotas.
- Collaborate with internal teams and field partners to ensure smooth project operations.
- Coordinate logistics for fieldwork activities such as shop-alongs , in-depth interviews , and city immersions .
- Assist in sourcing and screening B2B and B2C respondents for market research studies.
- Learn and apply innovative respondent recruitment techniques using digital and offline channels.




- Maintain project documentation, update trackers, and support timely reporting to senior managers or clients.
- Occasionally accompany clients during field visits or in-person research sessions.
- Provide support in managing budgets and resource planning (with supervision).

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 0.5 to 2 years of experience in a market research field agency , data collection agency , or research operations team. Freshers with internship experience may also apply.
- Exposure to managing or coordinating consumer, B2B, or healthcare research projects is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Comfortable working with field teams , moderators , and translators .
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates based in Mumbai or Recent Delhi will be preferred.
