About The Role
Own the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and
timely closure of books across HO, project sites, and the manufacturing facility
Serve as the key coordination point between project/site teams, procurement, billing, and external
auditors/consultants on all finance-related matters
Oversee vendor and contractor payments, project costing, and cash flow management to support smooth project
execution
Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and support timely audits

General Responsibilities

Accounting & Book-keeping
Manage day-to-day accounting entries, ledger scrutiny, and bank reconciliations across company entities
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures, ensuring accuracy of financial statements (P&L;, Balance
Sheet, Cash Flow)
Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules for office, site, and factory assets
Statutory Compliance & Taxation

Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances
Coordinate with auditors and consultants for internal, statutory, and tax audits
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and ensure the organization remains compliant
Project Costing & Billing Coordination
Work closely with the Billing and QS teams to reconcile project costs, running account bills, and revenue
recognition
Track project-wise profitability, cost overruns, and budget variances; report findings to management
Support procurement/purchase teams with vendor payment processing and cost validation
Payables, Receivables & Cash Flow





Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely vendor payments and client collections
Monitor and forecast cash flow across HO, project sites, and the Faridabad manufacturing unit
Coordinate with banks for working capital facilities, LC/BG requirements, and fund management
Payroll & Compliance Support
Coordinate with HR for payroll processing, salary disbursement, and statutory deduction compliance (PF, ESI,
PT, TDS on salary)

Support employee reimbursement processing and expense audits
Reporting & MIS
Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial dashboards, and variance analysis for leadership review
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning exercises
About You
B.Com M.Com/CA (Inter)/MBA (Finance) or related field
15+ years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in interior fit-out, construction, contracting, or
manufacturing environments
Strong hands-on experience in GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and audit coordination
Solid understanding of project costing, billing reconciliation, and cash flow management in a project-based
business
Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and advanced MS Excel
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across finance, project,
and HR functions
High attention to detail and integrity in handling financial data and vendor/client transactions
