Compensation

Base Salary: 30,000 per month + Performance Bonus

Performance incentives will be based on creator acquisition, creator activation, community development, and overall performance.

* dentify and develop relationships with social media creators, influencers, live-streaming hosts, and content creators in India.

* Proactively reach out to creators through Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other social platforms.

* Introduce our social product and invite suitable creators to experience and test the product.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and social communities.

* Collect creator and user feedback and prepare regular feedback reports for the product and operations teams.





* Identify high-potential creators and support their onboarding and activation.

* Coordinate with creators for product testing, content creation, livestreaming, and other social activities.

* Develop relationships with MCN agencies, creator agencies, talent management companies, and influencer networks.

* Continuously expand our creator and social community network in India.

* Monitor Indian social media trends and identify new creators, communities, and potential cooperation opportunities.

* Track creator activities, communication progress, feedback, and cooperation results.

* Work closely with the product and operations teams to communicate creator feedback and help improve the social product.

Preferred candidate profile

This role focuses on creator development, social product operations, creator relationships, user engagement, and community development. You will be responsible for discovering and building relationships with social media creators, live-streaming hosts, and creator agencies, inviting them to experience our social product, collecting feedback, and supporting long-term creator partnerships
