- The candidate must possess Dynatrace professional Certification
- Technical lead & point of contact between customer and TCS Dynatrace Platform Support team
- Experiences and good hands-on and consulting experience on Dynatrace Services and handled customers in
- Expert knowledge on Kubernetes Monitoring with Cloud native Full stack Monitoring
- Good knowledge on Dynatrace and Terraform Integration and configuration,Have enough experience in User policy creation, Hands on Dynatrace Query Language(DQL).
- Familiar with Dynatrace Gen3, and have exposure to migrate Dynatrace GEN2 to GEN3
- Responsible to ensure timelines on Consultancy related deliverables are adhered
- Responsible for quality of deliverables review the training material & Documentation created
- Regular meetings / exchange with / Information on status




- Training / Best practice / Analysis / Service Improvement / Ask-me-anything sessions / Success stories / Onboarding support service for customers, etc.
- Positive Knowledge of Jira including artefacts for Help/Training such as Runbook create/update,Documentation & Help information, Knowledge Base entries, Confluence "wiki-style" help information
- Work with Application teams on on-boarding Assessment, PoC & On-boarding plan
- Standard Application Onboarding and Offboarding to / from Dynatrace Platform
- Integration of / testing with new customers / use cases (non-standard application onboarding)
- Continuous Development & Improvement including Open Telemetry (OTEL) support
