Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud, end-user systems).
- Lead, mentor, and guide IT support staff.
- Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Support ISMS implementation and ISO 27001 compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT services and procurement.
- Monitor IT performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of IT experience, with at least 2–3 years in a lead role.
- Solid knowledge of networking, servers, cloud, and security practices.
- Familiarity with ISMS / ISO 27001 processes.
- Good problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Preferred certifications: ITIL, ISO 27001, Microsoft/AWS/VMware.
